If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when you buy goods from us.

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes such as browsing our cars and parts, asking about them, and asking for a valuation. You must not:

• use it in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
• give us false or misleading information, or use someone else's details;
• copy, scrape or collect content from it in bulk, or use automated tools to do so;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with it or its security;
• send us anything that contains a virus or other harmful code, or that is abusive or unlawful.

We may suspend or block access if you break these terms.

We take care to make the information about our cars accurate, but mistakes can happen. Descriptions, prices, mileage, specifications and photographs are for guidance and may change. Some photographs may be illustrative and may not show the exact car. Please check any detail that matters to you with us before you travel or make a decision.

A listing is an invitation to contact us. It is not an offer to sell. A car is not sold or reserved until we have agreed the sale with you and confirmed it in writing or in person. A car may be sold before we have taken it off the website. We recommend that you view and test drive a car, and check its documents, before you buy.

All prices are in pounds sterling.

Parts on this website are shown for information and enquiries. You cannot buy parts or pay through the website. To buy a part, contact us using the "Ask About This Part" button, the Contact page or the telephone.

Prices and stock levels are for guidance. They are updated by hand and may be out of date, so a part shown as in stock may have sold, and a price may change. Please confirm with us before you travel.

Parts differ between models and engines. Before you buy, please give us your registration number so that we can confirm the part suits your car and help you get the right one. The part numbers on this website are our own stock references, not manufacturers' part numbers.

The sale of a part is agreed only when we confirm it to you, and it is then subject to the sales terms we give you at that time. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Asking for a valuation through this website is a request, not a sale. The form does not produce an automatic price. Any valuation we give you is based on the information you provide and is not an offer or a guarantee. It is subject to us inspecting the car and checking its history, condition, mileage, documents and whether any finance is outstanding on it, and we may change or withdraw it. Neither you nor we are obliged to go ahead.

Please give accurate information, including about any accident damage or outstanding finance. If the details you give turn out to be wrong, the valuation may change.

When you send us a message or a valuation request, we will use your details as set out in our Privacy Policy. We try to reply promptly, but we cannot promise a reply within a set time. If your matter is urgent, please phone us.

The design of this website, its text, logo and other content belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the website, and print or download pages, for your own personal use. You must not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Some photographs on this website belong to other people and are published under Creative Commons or similar licences. They are credited next to the photograph, and the terms of those licences apply to them.
